    It is a very nice place to take your family to. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that someone tried to break into our car and ended up stealing one of our magnets off the back of the car.

    The family had such a great time at the water park when we visited! If you have a little one, I would say 8 and under, this is the place for them! The smell of chlorine is a bit strong in the park, but other ten that no complaints! Check out the restaurant inside the hotel as well, very good food and service!

    Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was a separate pool and spa area from the actual waterpark and that there were a couple hours it was for adults only. Staff could have been more helpful and friendlier. Had an incident with my husband's cellphone being left in the private pool area and had to talk to more than 5 people before someone was helpful.

    Nice rooms, fast shuttle service and good customer service. The food and service at the on site restaurant was top notch. We visited Soaring Eagle for the Sugarland concert. Even though I am not a big country music fan I left the show speechless and in awe of both the venue and both bands ( Eli Young band and Sugarland) and the staff and security were delightful, careful not to offend but thorough to insure concert goers were safe. I can't wait to go to Soaring Eagle for an outdoor show.

    It's small but fun. Slides are fun, the Whirlpool is fun. The only complaint I have is that they have a rock wall, and most of the places that you grab are loose, and soon around when you grab them. Seems like an easy fix, but it looks like they've been loose long enough to put tape on a couple of them.
